As part of Neurocare November, Cocoa wanted to celebrate in style and so we hosted a purple picnic chari-tea party. Neurocare raises money to buy equipment and
resources for use in the neurology and neurosurgery department of Sheffield's
Royal Hallamshire Hospital.
I (Anne) discovered Neurocare’s work when my husband was diagnosed with
a brain tumour back in 2007. Thanks to
the funding of the equipment, John survived and is now fighting
fit. Here we are on the night.
So we filled Cocoa full of delicious and very purple delights (this is Neurocare's colour) and raised lots of money for the charity. Here are a few pictures of the night.
